Our business is growing, and to ensure that we continue to deliver the best customer service, we’re moving to a new Distribution Centre.
What does this mean for you?
There will be a short period where you can place an order with us, however there will be a shipping delay whilst we transition to our new facility. This means that any orders placed between 24th March and 4th April will be dispatched on 5th April.
Can Estée Lauder customers still shop online?
We understand that some orders will be urgent. If so, we recommend that you shop at one of our authorised retailers, including Adore Beauty, David Jones, MECCA, Myer, Sephora and The Iconic.
Need to send a Return?
Please use our Returns Portal, however only Refunds can be made and no Exchanges at this time until 12th April.
