Whilst our dedicated New Zealand website has now closed, our New Zealand customers can continue shopping online via our Australian website by selecting New Zealand as the delivery country at checkout. Orders will continue to be delivered directly to New Zealand addresses.

You can continue shopping online via our Australian website by selecting New Zealand as your delivery country at checkout. Alternatively, you may also shop at your local New Zealand counter or local retailer website. I purchased on the New Zealand site, however I can’t see my order history, saved information or account?

Following the closure of the New Zealand website, customer accounts, saved information and online purchase history is no longer available. While we’re no longer able to confirm your order history, we’d be happy to help you find the right products for you.

You can use the store locator on our Australian website to find your nearest New Zealand store or counter. Simply enter your postcode or suburb to view your nearest locations.

Shipping & Returns

How do I ship to New Zealand on the Australian site?

Once you’ve added your items to your cart, proceed to checkout and select ‘Ship to New Zealand’. You will then be prompted to enter your New Zealand delivery address.

Is there an increase in the shipping price to ship to New Zealand?

There is no increase to our New Zealand shipping threshold. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for the current shipping rates.

How do I return an item purchased on the Australian website and delivered to New Zealand? Can I return it in-store?

Online orders delivered to New Zealand will need to be returned to our Australian warehouse and cannot be returned in-store. Return postage costs will be at your own expense. If you’d like to proceed with a return, please share your order number and we can provide you with the return instructions and warehouse address.

Privacy and Data

What has happened to my personal information and account following the website closure?

Following the closure of the New Zealand website, customer accounts are no longer available, and personal information has been removed in accordance with our privacy obligations. If you’d like to continue receiving marketing emails, you’ll need to create an account or sign up on our Australian website.

Will I still receive marketing emails and offers/promotions?

New Zealand accounts and marketing subscriptions have not been transferred to the Australian website. If you’d like to be receiving marketing emails, exclusive offers and the latest promotions, you will need to sign up via our Australian website.

Can I request a copy of my personal data?

Yes. If you would like to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, I have shared your request with our internal team. They will process your request in accordance with our privacy obligations and provide you with a response within 7 business days.
